Jumto Community Services provides a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of each child, youth, adult, and family we support. We are committed to providing person-centered, strengths-based care that promotes belonging, dignity, and community connection.
We understand that behaviours are often expressions of past hurt, and we respond with patience, curiosity, and compassion. We use language that respects dignity while focusing on each person's strengths rather than labels. Whenever possible, we support family preservation so that children and youth can grow up surrounded by the love of their own families and communities.
Our Services Include:
Specialized Homes & Support Services
We meet children and youth where they are; whether they need emergency care, low-barrier stabilization , specialized long-term support, or respite support. But more than that, we meet them as they are. We believe every young person has the wisdom to guide their own journey, and we are here to support that journey.
Community and Family Supports
Families are the heart of the community, and when families thrive, children thrive. Our program walks beside families, offering person-centered, wrap-around support that meets them where they are. Every plan is as unique as the family we serve, designed to address their specific strengths, needs, and goals. We listen.
Supported Family Networks
A family-like home program grounded in restorative practice, where high-risk youth find stability, belonging, and connection to identity. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to join our circle of support surrounded by trained professionals, Family Support Workers, and community.
Family Access Center
