Our Family Access Center is a spacious, thoughtfully designed environment created to support meaningful connection and quality time between children, youth, and their families. What Our Center Offers
Three Private Visitation Rooms
Our center features three dedicated visitation rooms where families can enjoy private, uninterrupted time together. Each room is designed to be comfortable and inviting, providing a calm atmosphere where meaningful connections can flourish.
A Large Play Area
Children need space to be children. Our spacious play area is fully equipped with age-appropriate toys, games, and activities that encourage creative play, exploration, and joyful interaction. It’s a place where laughter fills the air and families can simply enjoy being together.
Tutoring and Academic Support
Youth can access scheduled tutoring services with our supportive staff, ensuring they receive the academic guidance they need in a familiar and encouraging environment. Whether it’s homework help, skill-building, or study support, we’re here to help young people succeed.
Accessible Facilities
We believe in inclusivity for all families. Our center includes two washrooms, one of which is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring that everyone can access our space with dignity and ease.
Professional Supervision and Support
Our center is staffed by a dedicated Program Manager and trained, supervised staff who provide engaged supervision services for families. Our team is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and respectful environment where children feel at home and families can begin to heal. We are present to support, guide, and ensure that every visit is a positive experience for everyone involved.
